Blast Freezer Nordika NK 50 The Nordika series of professional blast freezers from Carpigiani are designed to rapidly harden the ice-cream in very little time. A short while in the blast freezer will enhance the shelf life of the ice cream & will prevent crystallisation on the surface. The Nordika NK 50 can hold 2 tubs (cm 36 x 16 x 15) or more tubs of smaller dimensions.
